Nokia 5 with 3GB RAM launched at Rs 13,499

Nokia 5 with 2GB RAM was launched earlier this year in India at Rs 12,899.

HMD Global, few days after launching the Nokia 2 smartphone globally in an event in India, has now introduced a new variant of the Nokia 5. The only change with the new variant is that it comes with 3GB RAM instead of 2GB. The Nokia 5 with 3GB LPDDR3 RAM will be available from Flipkart starting November 7 at Rs 13,499. It will be reaching retail outlets in the country from November 14.The handset can be purchased in Matte lack and Tempered Blue colours. Rest of the specifications remain the same.

The smartphone, like before, runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS and features built-in Google Assistant. The Nokia 5 has a 5.2-inch IPS LCD display with 720×1280 pixels resolution. The display is coated with 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass. The smartphone sports 6000-series Aluminium built and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430. It also features 16GB inbuilt storage.

The dual-SIM supporting smartphone has a 13MP rear camera with PDAF and f/2 aperture along with an 8MP front-facing camera with 84-degree wide angle lens and f/2.0 aperture. It is backed by the same 3000mAh battery.
